Do I have to buy from Blumental Bayern to use StartFill?
No. StartFill operates as an independent third-party fulfillment provider for brands of any origin. If you do already source from Blumental, you simply remove one transport leg – delivery and put-away happen at the same site.
Are there minimum volumes or a minimum contract term?
No. There is no minimum order volume and no lock-in period. You are billed for the storage space you actually use and the orders actually processed.
Can you store food and food supplements?
Yes. The facilities are food-grade and certified to ISO 22000 and HACCP, EU Organic is covered, and temperature-controlled cold chain storage is available for sensitive goods.
Can StartFill fill and label my products too?
Yes. Filling dry goods and powders into your own containers, sealing, labelling with batch and best-before data, and bundle building are standard services – contract filling without you running a production line.
I am based outside the EU. Can I still use this?
Yes – this is one of the most common setups. You ship stock once into the German warehouse, and StartFill fulfils EU orders locally, so your customers get domestic delivery times instead of international shipping and customs delays.
How quickly can I start?
After a first call you get a quote covering storage and order handling. Once product data and the first inbound delivery are agreed, going live usually takes a few business days.
