Do I get the same quality as I see on the website?

We source every product from the same region every year, so the quality of the product is usually the same. However, depending on the climate, the quality of some products may differ slightly compared to the last harvest. We send you photos and samples from the last available batch so you can be sure of the product quality.

What is your payment term?

We offer different payment terms depending on the terms of sale. For most of our customers within the EU we offer 50% prepayment and 50% within two weeks of delivery.

What are your shipping terms?

We are very flexible with the shipping conditions. According to the sale condition and buyer's requirements, we can offer you the shipping terms you want.

How long is your delivery time?

We ship products that are available in our warehouse in Germany within 3 days. Some products available from our warehouse or our partner in the Middle East need to be imported which can take 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered. For detailed information please contact us.

Do you ship outside the EU?

We sell and ship our products worldwide.

Where do you manufacture your products?

We produce most of our products in the Middle East or buy them from our partner farms in the Middle East. For the exact provenance of each product, please see product specifications or contact us.

WhIch certificates do you have?

Currently, we have ISO 9001, HACCP, and EU Organic (DE-ÖKO-037) certifications, but we are also planning to obtain additional certificates.
