Ana Shahbazi | Head of Global Sourcing & Partner Relations

Our Head of Sourcing is responsible for our direct-from-producer partnerships in the Middle East and Europe. By maintaining direct contact with growers, she ensures traceability and ethical trading practices that go beyond industry-standard benchmarks.

Supply chain transparency, fair-trade compliance, and international logistics.

In this role, he leads our Nuremberg laboratory team with a focus on the formulation and purity of our products. He ensures that our processing methods preserve the delicate bioactive ingredients of our medicinal flowers and seeds.
