This ruby small berries which are unsulfured and completely seedless naturally, will be dried well in exposure of air. Because of the way it dries, it gives a puffy gorgeous looking to them. Used in food industries, confectionary, bakery and cooking as a delicate spice. It can be used in various salads as well. These little berries will bring a burst of gorgeous color to the foods. Double laser sorted, X-ray scanned and hand-picked. Packaged in poly-lined with a foodgrade paper liner, staple-less cartons. Passed through online and static metal detector, capable of detecting ferrous , non-ferrous, and stainless steel metal contamination.

12 months shelf life: stored at 15 °C + dry atmosphere 18 months shelf life: stored at 4 - 8 °C +dry atmosphere Storage should be equipped with ventilation and free from pests or sources of contamination.
